Clubhouse Rental

Owners in good standing may rent the The Chester Room (upstairs room of the clubhouse) through the Queen’s Landing Management Office for a private event such as a reception, bridal or baby shower, anniversary, birthday, reunion, meetings, etc.

The Chester Room Rental Fee:

$175 for 6 hours which includes setup time, the party/event and cleanup time. There is a $50 charge for each additional hour. The clubhouse pool is not included in the Chester Room rental agreement. It cannot be accessed by those attending private events


Deposits: $250 damage deposit and $75 cleaning fee deposit.

The Chester Room and the clubhouse will be inspected after the event. If your group cleans the room and leaves it in satisfactory condition, the deposit checks will be returned, less any damage fees, if applicable. If damages exceed the deposit, the repairs will be contracted and billed to the owner sponsoring the event.


Insurance: The renter must obtain separate insurance that names the Association as an additional insured for the date of the event. You can go to a site called WedSure at www.wedsure.com (they insure more than weddings) and likely obtain coverage, or you can obtain a rider under your homeowner policy (HO-6) for the rental. QL must have the certificate of insurance before the event can take place.


Hours: All parties must end by midnight and clean up must be completed by 1:00 AM
