Link for Town Hall Teleconference and Online Meeting – TONIGHT!!! at 7 pm

For tonight’s Budget Process and Reserve Study Town Hall you may join either by phone or join the online meeting which will allow you to see the slideshow presentation and submit questions via chat during the presentation.  For those that join by phone only, you will be given a chance to comment or ask a question, too, but it will be at the end of the presentation and after the chat questions are answered.

 

To view the slide show and be able to submit your questions via chat real time using your computer, smart phone, tablet, etc, click the link below or copy and paste into the browser:

 

 

After clicking the link or copying and pasting you will see a screen with a green “Join Online Meeting” button. Click the green button. The next screen will ask for a password. Enter the password chester (all lower case) and click the submit button.

 

You are now part of the online meeting. To enable chat simply click the chat bubble located at the top of your screen. At the next window, click on the dropdown arrow next to All particpants to open options and select Queen’s Landing.

 

You are now all set to watch the slide show and submit questions to the presenter.
