Don’t miss this weeks Teleconference Meetings!

Owners/residents are strongly encouraged to attend meetings so mark your calendars now, set your reminders, and plan to tune in from the comfort of your home. If our world is teaching us nothing else right now, it is teaching us to get the facts ourselves from those actually working the issues and not to rely on the interpretation of others.  The teleconference phone line is always the same for each meeting, simply dial 515-604-9941 and enter 618215# to join.

  • Budget Committee Teleconference Meeting,Wednesday, July 15 at 6:30 pm
  • Proposed Rules & Regulations Town Hall, Thursday, July 16 at 7:00 pm
  • As a reminder Board Meetings are the third Monday of every month at 7 pm, next meeting is Monday, July 20th.

Social Activities This Week!

While all of the recurring activities listed below have successfully been in place for many, many years, now there is a new option and one location to see all of the activities Queen’s Landing offers (most of which are free), groups to join and planned Events at any given time and even the option to pay online for those events or activities that may have a fee.  You’ll be able to  join in, learn more about the group, connect with others with the same interests and share ideas for a particular group’s related activities.  The majority of these activities are free and no RSVP needed (unless class has a certified instructor or special trips or activities are planned) but even for the free/no RSVP activities we do encourage you to click one of the links below for that particular group.  Once on the site you will be able to see tabs for all the other groups you may be interested in as well. That’s it!  Whether you attend one, none or all of the times of the activities for the group you join you’ll be kept informed if there is a last minute change of location or cancellation or last minute fun ideas for the next get together.
