Date: May 18, 2020
Subject: Reserve and Budget Process Review Town Hall Meeting, June 12 at 7 PM

Queen’s Landing will be holding a Reserve and Budget Process review Town Hall meeting on Friday, June 12 at 7 pm.  Depending on COVID 19 sanctions at the time of the meeting this meeting may be held in the Chester Room with video conferencing available or simply as a video conference meeting.  More information and details, including meeting links, will be sent as we get closer to the meeting date.

The overview  of the Reserve Study will include what the study is and how the Reserve Ad Hoc Committee utilized the study to create a realistic and workable document for the Board to utilize in developing a plan for necessary near and distant future expenditures.

The Budget presentation will include a review of the current QL budget,  what factors into it, and how the monthly dues are calculated from that budget. The 2021 budget specifics will not be discussed at this Town Hall as the 2021 budget process is just now underway.  For those interested in hearing discussions regarding developing the 2021 Budget you are encouraged to attend the Budget and Finance Committee Meetings as they are scheduled.

We encourage you to attend this Town Hall meeting as this is your opportunity to be able to understand where your Association dollars go and what needs to be done to ensure QL will continue to be a successful and forward thinking community.
