Subject: Taking Stock of Any Damage – Absentee Owners Take Special Note
Please take a moment to inspect your units, including the exterior, once the storm has passed and be sure to report any damage by submitting a maintenance request.  If it is of an urgent nature please call the office.  If you are having a leak, please take any and all steps necessary to lessen any damage – use towels, buckets, etc.  Please make sure the tracks to sliding glass doors are cleaned out and debris free.  If you need further assistance, please contact the office.  If you have already contacted the office or submitted a maintenance request it is not necessary to do so again.

For absentee owners, we recommend you visit your unit as soon as possible or have a neighbor check your unit for you.  If you are not able to get to your unit within a day or have a neighbor or friend check for you please let the office know. As long as we have a key to your unit and your permission, we are happy to check for any interior damage.  Checking your unit is important as with the heavy wind and rains slider door tracks did fill up and overflow in some units.  Also we want to make sure we are aware of any roof leaks that may have occurred.
