This message is being sent as a general notice to all owners so if you have paid your roof replacement invoice or your building was not completed this year please ignore this message. Otherwise, please continue to read the remainder of the message below.
If you have not yet paid your share of the roof replacement on your building and were planning on paying by credit card, please know that the option to pay by credit card with no processing fee will end at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 30. You must call the Association Management office at 410-643-5192 by 4 pm on September 30 to take advantage of Katchmark’s offer. After that date/time, if you pay by credit card, processing fees will apply.
As a reminder payment was/is due upon receipt so if you have not paid your share yet you are late and should make your payment in full immediately.
