Subject: New Teleconferencing Set Up and Trial Run – YOUR ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED
This month the Board has been putting together some improvements for community meeting teleconferences and would like to give you the opportunity to test along with us.
There are two ways to join:
- As always a traditional telephone and bridge number will be provided for those who prefer telephone only
- Video conference will be provided via Microsoft Teams. This is free to download to your phone, tablet, or computer from your app store or other source of software. If you have a Microsoft account of some kind already you can use that, or you can follow the prompts to make a free one.
We will have two test teleconferences this week which are scheduled for this Thursday and Friday evening and we would love for you to join us by either method and provide your feedback as to your experience with the video and/or sound quality. This will help us in addressing issues as quickly as possible and hopefully prior to Monday’s Board meeting. Information for each test meeting is shown below:
