Subject: Queen’s Landing Onsite Manager

Good afternoon, Queen’s Landing and Happy Thanksgiving week. 

I stated at the November 15^th Board meeting that we had signed an eighteen-month contract with Tidewater Management and had finalized negotiations to have an onsite manager back in the office as early as Monday, November 22.  I am happy to announce that our Onsite Manager, Tammy Eaton, is back in the office and thankfully is fully versed on the workings of our neighborhood.  I would like everyone to welcome Tammy back and show her just how wonderful our community can be.  The office will continue to operate under our normal hours for as long as is feasible with the construction going on.  If you need to visit the office in person, please make an appointment by emailing [email protected] or calling 410.643.5192. 

Please note the offices will be closed for the upcoming holidays and Tidewater Company events:

November 25^th & 26^th, December 10^th, December 23^rd & 24^th, and December 31^st.
