Subject: QL COVID 19 UPDATE – Clubhouse and Community Facilities Operations Suspended
Good Evening Queen’s Landing,
 
Based on CDC recommendations and guidelines, as well as federal, state and county health regulations for the COVID 19 virus pandemic, the Board of Directors has unanimously voted to suspend all operations in the clubhouse and other community facilities effective immediately. Residents will not be allowed to use common elements for gatherings that exceed CDC guidelines understanding that those guidelines may change from time to time. Further, no official community activities may be held in resident’s units. This will stay in effect for the foreseeable future but will be revisited at each Board Meeting.
