Subject: Storm Damage Recap and After Hours Information
Just a quick recap.  There are two trees that uprooted over by the kayak racks near Macum Creek and Bartlett Tree has been contacted to address these.   The kayak rack sustained minor damage and that will be repaired as soon as the trees are removed.  Other branches and and debris throughout the community will be addressed by maintenance.  Chester River will be out on Friday to mow and remove any branches maintenance has piled up for them or have not gotten to by Friday.

Lake water level is going down.  Please note we turned power off to the fountains as a safety precaution due to the high water level at the electrical boxes.  Power should be turned back on tomorrow as long as the water has lowered enough to safely do so.

About five roof leaks were reported  One unit had some storm water backup and there were a couple of reports of water overflowing sliding door and/or window tracks.  Two units had a non-storm related water damage issue.  We will be addressing all of these issues over the next couple of days.

All in all it sounds like QL faired pretty well.  If you have a maintenance emergency after hours, please call 443-548-0191 and follow the prompts to reach emergency on call manager.

As a final reminder for the day, please continue to use water sparingly over the next 2 to 3 days while the county works to address the sewer issues.
