Videoconference Due To COVID 19 Emergency Restrictions

A Town Hall Meeting for the Unit Owners and their tenants will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at 7:00 pm by video and teleconference.  A copy of the proposed Rules & Regulations is included with this notice for your review.  The Community will have an opportunity to comment or ask questions regarding the proposed Rules & Regulations at the Town Hall Meeting prior to the Board of Directors’ vote. The Board will vote on adopting the revised Queen’s Landing Rules and Regulations at the Board meeting on Monday, July 20, 2020, to be effective Tuesday, July 21, 2020. Owners are also permitted to submit written comments on the proposed rules should you like to do so prior to the meeting.  Those comments may be emailed to the Manager at [email protected] or mailed to the address located at the bottom of this notice.
Instructions and an invitation to join the videoconference will be sent by email just prior to the meeting date.  If you cannot attend by videoconference you may join the meeting via teleconference by calling 515-604-9941 and enter 618215#.  We ask that you please call in a few minutes prior to the meeting start time of 7:00 pm.
