Good Morning Queen’s Landing,
It’s that time of year again – Time to Have Your Dryer Vents Cleaned!
Per the Rules & Regulations 2.13 (n) All units must have their dryer vents cleaned at least once a year.
The deadline to have this completed is May 1, 2021.
Once you have your dryer vent serviced by a qualified dryer vent company you will need to provide the office proof of payment/completion so that we may note that your unit has had it’s annual cleaning. For those owners/residents that do not provide proof of work completed by the deadline of May 1, 2021, violation notices will be sent and the violation process enacted.
If you have a ventless dryer you will need to provide the office the information including a photo of set up in your unit to be included in your owner file. If you previously notified the office you have a ventless dryer you will need to contact the office to confirm that you still are utilizing a ventless dryer.
Unlike years past the Association will not be negotiating prices or organizing this effort through the office, however, below is contact information for two companies that have done work in the community in the past and further down is a list of other vendors advertising services provided for the Chester area. Please feel free to contact one of them or another qualified dryer vent company.
