Subject: Reminders Dryer Vents/Parking Decals/Spring Clean up
Have You Had Your Dryer Vents Cleaned!
The deadline to have this completed is May 1st.
Per the Rules & Regulations 2.13 (n) All units must have their dryer vents cleaned at least once a year. Once you have your dryer vent serviced by a qualified dryer vent company you will need to provide the office proof of payment/completion so that we may note that your unit has had its annual cleaning. Proof of completion can by placed in the drop box to the right of the clubhouse doors, emailed to [email protected] or schedule an appointment by calling 410-643-5192.
For those owners/residents that do not provide proof of work completed by the deadline of May 1, 2021, violation notices will be sent, and the violation process enacted.
If you have a ventless dryer you will need to provide the office the information including a photo of set up in your unit to be included in your owner file. If you previously notified the office, you have a ventless dryer you will need to contact the office to confirm that you still are utilizing a ventless dryer.
Don’t forget to your parking decals.
Parking decals must be placed on the front windshield of your vehicle. Please contact the office if need a new decal [email protected] or 410-643-5192.
Spring Clean Up!
This is a great time for you to look around the perimeter of your condo and look for anything that does not belong.
Some Examples of items that should be removed are:
- Holiday lighting. Yes, there are homes with lights still in place since December.
- Items leaning against the building such as bikes, kayaks, or paddle boards against the building. This has the potential to damage the walls surface.
- Items that are blocking the sidewalk. (extension cords, bikes etc.)
- Items placed in the common areas.
- Empty flowerpots, potting soil, and gardening tools. (Refrain from planting vegetables in the front of the home.)
- Clean off your patio or balcony. As a reminder all patios, porches, residential unit driveways and decks shall be kept neat and orderly and not detract from the overall appearance of the community.
Anything you do to help clean up and de-clutter the exterior has a positive affect for not only you but also your neighbors. One of the best things you can do is to familiarize yourself with the current rules. Copies are available in the office and are accessible on your homeowner portal.
Thank you for your cooperation and please contact us if you have any questions.
