Don’t miss this week’s Meetings!

Owners/residents are strongly encouraged to attend meetings so mark your calendars now, set your reminders, and plan to tune in from the comfort of your home.  Please note that only those who have been fully vaccinated may attend the meeting in person.  If you plan to attend in person, please have your proof of vaccination card with you. Online meeting and call in number information for each meeting is provided on the portal and website calendars. See https://35.173.69.231/calendar/ for meeting details.

Yoga Classes Restarting

OFFERING PACKAGES:

  •  1 session a week (either a.m. or evening) $75, 
  • 2 sessions a week (your choice of times) $140, 
  • 3 sessions a week (your choice) $200 THIS IS FOR THE WHOLE 8 WEEKS -pay by check or cash/Paypal available for $3 fee 

****ALL levels welcome*** You will experience different types of yoga: YIN, Restorative, Guided Meditation, Vinyasa, Gentle yoga, yoga using props, Relaxation and Yoga Therapy. MORNINGS 7AM TUESDAY & THURSDAY; SUNDAY 8AM EVENING 7PM WEDNESDAY. See attached flyer.

Water Aerobics

Meets daily at 11:00 and 7::00pm at the Queens Landing pool.  This is a free activity.  Please note you must have a pool pass to participate.  Don’t forget to bring your key fob to access the clubhouse.  

Mah Jongg

Meets every Friday at 1pm in the Chester Room.  New players welcome.

Men’s Exercise Group*

Meets every Monday, Thursday, Saturday at 9 am at the clubhouse.

Walking Group*

Pickleball Group*

Saturday mornings at 8 am at the tennis courts.  If you would like to get connected with others click this link “Pickleball” and join the group.  This is free activity.

These groups are intended to get together those that have common interests. Exercise is not without its risks and this or any other exercise program may result in injury.
