Tonight’s Happy Hour and Bingo will be held under the stars. The COSC is pulling out all the stops and thinking “outside the box” for these events tonight. We will be in the grass area off the pool deck and hope you will join us for a sunset celebration happy hour and bingo to follow. Please dress to be outside this evening, we are looking at clear skies and mid 60′ temperatures.
Happy Hour starts at 5:30 and Bingo at 6:30
Low Country Boil
The COSC is holding our first Low County Boil on Sunday October 3rd in the clubhouse parking lot, from 3:00-6:00pm. Hopefully you have your tickets already.
Notice to All Residents: The Clubhouse Parking lot is to be free of vehicles by 7:30am Sunday October 3, 2021.
If you have a vehicle in the parking lot at the clubhouse, please remove it by Sunday morning as we will be blocking the area off with tables and tents for the party and band.
Proxy Forms, Annual Meeting
Attached is the proxy form, which is for quorum purposes only, if not attending please make sure you fill it out as noted below. Drop off your proxy at the office or in the black box outside the door no later than Thursday, Oct 7th so we can ensure we have a quorum Pursuant to Article II of the Bylaws of The Queen’s Landing Council of Unit Owners, Inc. The undersigned hereby appoints Mike Rabinowitz, an Officer of the Board of Directors*, 1C Queen Victoria Court, Chester, MD, as his/her proxy holder to appear for the Undersigned at the Annual Meeting of the Queen’s Landing Council of Unit Owners, Inc to be held on October 8, 2021, at 7:00 pm via Teleconference and/or video conference for the purposes of Establishing quorum. Quorum must be met in order to hold the Annual Meeting and the Board of Director elections.
