Boat Trailer Parked on Queen Mary Court – PLEASE REMOVE

Please see photos below of a boat trailer, Florida tags MHIS99, parked in the overflow parking area on Queen Mary Court. If this is your trailer please remove it immediately from this space.  If the trailer remains in it’s current location past Thursday, April 21 or is moved to the clubhouse parking lot without notifying the manager the trailer will be tagged for towing on Friday, April 22.  Per QL Rules & Regs you may park the trailer at the clubhouse parking lot but you must notify me, the property manager at [email protected], prior to doing so.  You may not park the trailer anywhere else in the community.

 

 

As a reminder to all residents, if you are a resident and want to park a trailer, camper, recreational vehicle (RV), boat, jet ski or other non-commercial large vehicle in the clubhouse parking lot for a time not to exceed 48 hours please email me at [email protected].  If you need more than 48 hours you must obtain prior written permission of the Board and can do so by emailing me your request which I will forward to the Board.
