Boat Trailer Parked at Queen Guinevere Way TO BE TOWED – PLEASE REMOVE IMMIDEATELY

Please see photo below of a boat trailer parked in the overflow parking area on Queen Guinevere Way near Queen Neva Court. If this is your trailer please remove it immediately from the community.  If the trailer remains in the community parking areas or is moved to the clubhouse parking lot without notifying the manager the trailer will be tagged for towing on Monday, August 22.  Per QL Rules & Regs you may park the trailer at the clubhouse parking lot but you must notify me, the property manager at [email protected], so that you can pick up a temporary parking tag that must be displayed on the trailer. You may not park the trailer anywhere else in the community.
 

 

 

As a reminder to all residents, if you are a resident and want to park a trailer, camper, recreational vehicle (RV), boat, jet ski or other non-commercial large vehicle in the clubhouse parking lot for a time not to exceed 48 hours please email me at [email protected] so that you may obtain a temporary parking tag that must be displayed.  If you need more than 48 hours you must obtain prior written permission of the Board and can do so by emailing me your request which I will forward to the Board.
