Parking Rules Reminder

Hello Queen’s Landing,

 

All residents of QL are reminded of the current vehicle and parking rules and regulations including the requirement to register all vehicles to obtain decals and to display the QL Decal in the front windshield. There is no cost for the decals and decals can be picked up at the Association office located in the clubhouse during regular office hours (M – Th, 8 to 4:30 pm and Fridays, 8 to 3:30 pm).   Attached to this notice is the excerpt from the Rules & Regulations that addresses vehicles and parking.  For a complete set of the Rules & Regulations click this link https://35.173.69.231/2020/08/07/rules-regulations-effective-july-21-2020/.  The three most common violations are:

The Covenants Committee along with the Manager will be out over the next couple of weeks inspecting vehicles for compliance. Below is a photo of the “Parking Violation” tag we will be using. It is NOT a Tow Tag.  However, if the issue noted has not been corrected within five (5) days of the date on the notice your vehicle may be tagged for towing with an orange tow sticker so please do not ignore the parking violation tag. Please note this is a standard parking violation tag so some items, such as “Parked in RESERVED or assigned space” does not apply as there is no assigned parking in QL.  If your vehicle is tagged with a parking violation and you need more than five (5) days to correct the issue or the vehicle was tagged in error please contact the office within five (5) days of the date on the notice.

 

If you need guest passes for family or friends visiting, please contact the office to obtain these.  There is no charge for the guest passes.
