If you will not be attending the Annual Meeting please complete the attached proxy and return to the management office no later than 5:00 pm Friday, October 14, 2022.

The proxy is NOT a voting instrument – it is for attendance only and meeting quorum. We must meet quorum in order to hold the Annual Meeting.
