Holiday Decorating Contest 2022 – SIGN UP BY 5 PM TONIGHT – Prizes Awarded

It’s that time of year again!  Time to decorate and show your holiday spirit. This year there is a bit of a twist and requires community participation as QL residents will be doing the judging and voting for their favorite decorated home on the Queen’s Landing website.

RULES

Contest is open to ALL Queen’s Landing Residents

To participate in the contest, you must sign up on SignUpGenius by clicking this link Holiday Decorating Contest 2022 and have your decorations completed by 5 pm on December 12. Social Committee members will be coming by to take photos of all the condos and boats participating in the contest and the photos will be posted by unit address on the Queen’s Landing website.

Residents are allowed to decorate their Limited Common Element FRONT & REAR area 6′ from the exterior wall or patio wall of their unit. If you have a boat in the QL marina, please feel free to enter your decorated boat.

No decorations are to be attached/affixed to the building exterior including the roof or to Lamp Posts.

JUDGING

All residents will be able to vote for their favorite unit on the Queen’s Landing website.  Voting will start on Wednesday, December 14.  A Broadcast Message will go out on December 14 providing a link.

PRIZES

First Place will receive a free rental of the Chester Room, a $250 value, and the right to proudly display a sign in front of their home throughout the remaining Holiday period.

Second Place will receive half off the Chester Room Rental, a $125 value, and the right to proudly display a sign in front of their home throughout the remaining Holiday period.

Honorable Mention – One Honorable Mention home will receive a sign to proudly display in front of their home throughout the remaining Holiday period.
