A Town Hall Meeting for the Unit Owners will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023, at 7:00 pm in the Chester Room and by video/teleconference. A copy of the proposed Rules & Regulations is included with this notice for your review. Owners will have an opportunity to comment or ask questions regarding the proposed Rules & Regulations at the Town Hall Meeting or prior to the Town Hall. Comments may be emailed to the Manager at [email protected], mailed to The Queen’s Landing Council of Unit Owners, 500 Queen’s Landing Drive, Chester, MD 21619 or dropped off in the black dropbox located at the clubhouse entrance. All comments should include your name and unit number. The link to join the meeting via videoconference and the phone number to join via teleconference is located at the bottom of this notice. This informaton is also posted on the Queens Landing calendar and the Tidewater Portal.
The Board will vote to approve the revised rules at the Board meeting on Monday, April 17, 2023, to be effective Tuesday, May 2, 2023.
When reviewing the new Rules and Regulations, please note the comments in the right side of each page which explains the changes we made. You will note that the sections have been renumbered and reorganized to incorporate the current “short list” and the current “miscellaneous” sections. The Table of Contents has been amended to provide more guidance on where to find various rules.
