Hello Queen’s Landing,

There are a lot of exciting, and we believe, positive, changes for this year’s pool season.  Actually, everything has changed for this pool season - from the pool management company, to season dates, to the hours of operation, to no lifeguards during the week, to the pool pass application process. There are still some things in the works, such as how to purchase additional guest passes, but this information will be provided to you as soon as all of the finer points have been worked out and certainly in time for pool season.  The important thing is you can now apply for your 2023 pool passes.  Attached are the approved 2023 Pool Rules and below is the information on the process and the link to complete the application.

The pool season for 2023 is as follows:

May 15 – September 15
Open Seven Days A Week from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm

Completing the Application

All residents wanting to use the pool must complete a pool pass application. To complete the form please click on the following link, 2023 Pool Pass Application, fill out all of the required information and hit submit.  After the application has been reviewed, you will receive a notice advising you if your application has been approved or denied and if denied, the reason for the denial. Please do not procrastinate in completing the application as you will not be able to access the pool area without having done so and the office does need time to process each application.

Receiving Your Passes

Queen’s Landing will be using pool pass bracelets this year instead of the photo IDs. Your approved application will provide you a bracelet for each unit resident and two guest pass bracelets that are good for the entire pool season as long as the unit owner and/or renter remains in good standing. Once you have received your approval notice you may pick up the bracelets from the office Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm and Fridays between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. At that time your fob will be activated to access the pool area effective May 15.
