Maintenance Request – If you have a maintenance issue, please log on to your Tidewater Portal account and submit a maintenance request.
Maintenance Emergency – A maintenance emergency is something that, if it isn’t repaired immediately, could cause injury, threaten your health, or cause serious property damage. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the Tidewater main office at 443-548-0191.

or or you can log on to your portal account and under My Account, click the link “Email Accounting Department”. Please make sure to put Queen’s Landing in the subject line along with your Unit Address and Name. Or, you can call 443-548-0191 to speak to an accounting staff member.
– If you have not yet completed the pool pass application please click on the following link, 2023 Pool Pass Application
. You will not receive an automatic reply but as long as you didn’t receive an error on your end, your application has been received. For those applications that have been approved passes will be available for pickup from the office starting Friday, May 12. If you have not, or do not receive a denial email you can assume your pass is approved but you may also check your portal account to see if 2023 Approved is entered under additional information under the heading “Pool Pass.”
