Subject: Small Craft Storage – OPEN REGISTRATION STARTS NOW!
2023 NEW REGISTRATIONS
Open registration for small craft storage starts today, May 16! Small craft registrations are on an annual cycle and expire on May 30 of the following year. The renewal application period has ended, and we have slots available for new registration. These slots are on a first come, first serve basis so it is recommended you submit your application and payment by coming to the management office during regular business hours. The registration fee is $30 per craft for the 2023 decal year.
Attached to this notice is a fillable application. Please remember to submit one application per craft. Do not list more than one craft on an application (2 crafts – 2 applications). If paying by check, checks are to be made payable to Queens Landing COUO and please put your unit address in the memo line.
Only applications that are fully completed and submitted with payment will be processed; otherwise, the application will be set aside and, if after processing properly submitted applications, there are slots available we will reach out to you.
Option A – By Email
Complete the attached fillable form out and email to [email protected].  Please remember you must complete an application for each craft.
Option B – By Mail
Complete the Application(s) and mail to QLCOUO, 500 Queen’s Landing Drive, Chester, MD 21619. Please remember you must complete an application for each craft.
Option C – Drop off at clubhouse mailbox
Complete the Application(s)and place application(s) in an envelope, write name and unit address on outside of envelope and drop in the black dropbox located on the outside of the building to the right of the front entry of the clubhouse entrance. Please remember you must complete an application for each craft.
PAYING FOR AND GETTING YOUR 2023 DECALS
Payment by Zelle – Find us at email [email protected].  When making payment please add the memo option and enter your Unit address and rack(s)/slot number(s).
Payment by Check - Checks are to be made payable to Queens Landing COUO. Please enter your unit address and rack(s)/slot number(s) in the memo line.
GETTING YOUR 2023 DECALS
You will receive a confirming email advising we have processed your application and providing your rack and slot assignment(s). Once you receive the confirming email you may come to the office to pick up your decal(s) during normal business hours. If you have a concern about being able to pick up your decals during normal business hours, please contact the office. Please bring a copy of your confirming email with you when picking up your decal(s).
