BE AWARE, BE PREPARED – As we enter Tornado & Hurricane Season…

It’s that time of year again in which severe weather that includes high winds, hail and rain starts to occur.  Please be proactive in signing up for weather alerts and taking whatever actions necessary to protect your’s and Association property.  Proactive action such as securing patio furniture, bringing in cushions and pillows, closing awnings, putting umbrellas down and bringing in small loose items is recommended during severe weather alerts.  If you have a small craft (kayak or canoe) stored on the Association racks you should have them properly secured.

 

Action the Association may take at the pool and decks includes stacking pool furniture, flipping over tables, removing and storing umbrellas, etc.  On the decks furniture may be moved inside, tables flipped over, etc.  If this action has been taken signs will be placed at the pool and deck entrances.  Please do not use the items until after threat of the severe weather is over and the signs are removed.
