CALL FOR NOMINATIONS TO THE

QUEEN’S LANDING COUNCIL OF UNIT OWNERS BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

 

Dear Queen’s Landing Unit Owner, 

 

Each year the members of the Queen’s Landing Council of Unit Owners, Inc., who are in good standing (meaning current with assessments and no covenant violations), are eligible to nominate unit owners to the Board of Directors. 

 

The Board is comprised of nine (9) volunteer unit owners who assist in all operating aspects of the Association. Their duties include, but are not limited to, setting the monthly assessment fee, maintenance of the common elements, enforcement of the Governing Documents to include Rules & Regulations and responding to unit owners’ concerns. Board Members are elected by the Council of Unit Owners and serve for a term of three (3) years. This year, there are four (4) open positions on the Board.

 

If you are interested in running for one of the open Board positions, or if you know of another unit owner who is, please complete the Nominee Application form included with this notice. You may nominate yourself or someone else keeping in mind that if you nominate someone else that person will have to give written acceptance of your nomination.  Please return the completed form by mailing to the address below or emailing it to [email protected] with “Nomination Application” in the subject:

To be included on the ballot, nominations must be received no later than 12:00 pm midnight on Sunday, September 10, 2023.

 

The Annual Meeting of the Queen’s Landing Council of Unit Owners for 2023 will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023, at 7:00 pm.
