Regent Property Services in conjunction with Robey, Inc. was awarded the 2023 exterior siding preventative maintenance work last week with work scheduled to start tomorrow, 10/10/2023. This contract will cover sealing and caulking work needed on the nine buildings that had exterior restoration work completed in 2013 (Buildings 43, 44, 45, 46, 47 48, 49, 51 and 52 - the building number matches your unit address, ie, 43A is in Building 43). This work is expected to take 3 to 4 weeks to complete all nine buildings, depending on the weather and other conditions that may be found and need to be addressed.
This week work will be focused on Buildings 43, 44 and 45. Notices to residents of the buildings having work done will be sent out separately and we will do the best we can to give as much notice as possible when work will be focused on particular buildings, but in general, residents of the nine buildings should be prepared to have crews working on your building at any given time during the next four weeks.
To prepare for this work, residents of the nine buildings should clear off patios, entrances and decks of all items other than furniture to allow ease of access for the crew.
