Subject: Annual Meeting Proxy – IF NOT ATTENDING ANNUAL MEETING PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR PROXY
If you are NOT going to attend the Annual Meeting on Friday, October 13 either in person or via teleconference/video conference it is important that you COMPLETE THE QUOROM PROXY FORM available for printing on the SimplyVoting site and turn the completed and signed form into the onsite management office NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13. You may drop the form in the black lockbox located at the entry of the clubhouse if it is after hours.
Do You Check Yes or No? Once you click the link in the email you received from SimplyVoting and enter your unique identifier info you will see two options indicating your attendance at the meeting. You must check one or the other in order to vote. (As a reminder “attending” means in person or calling in or logging in to the meeting)
- If you ARE “attending” the meeting check NO (you do not need to assign a proxy)
- If NOT ”attending,” check YES and click on the link to print out the proxy form. Complete the form and turn in to the management office.
If you do not have the ability to print the proxy or you selected YES and then forgot to print out the form, please contact the management office to pick one up, complete and turn in.
