Subject: Concrete Work – Community Wide Starting 12/6/2023 – ACTION REQUIRED
Good Afternoon Queen’s Landing Residents,
The Board of Directors has approved a contract with Regent Property Services to complete main sidewalk and unit walkway repairs throughout the community. As has been done in the past, areas were selected based on severity of the issue as determined by qualified contractors. The schedule for work to be completed next week is as follows:
MARKING AREAS
- 12/4 and 12/5 contractor will mark the areas where work is to be completed. Please take note where sections have been marked for replacement. On the day work is scheduled please do not park in the two spaces located directly in front of each area marked. The contractor needs this area for their equipment and this also protects your vehicle from possible damage.
DEMO
- All marked locations will be demo’d on 12/6/2023.
POURING NEW CONCRETE
- Locations on Queen Anne Way and Queen Guinevere Way 12/6/2023*
- All other locations 12/7/2023*
*Any area demo’d and not having concrete poured the same day will be coned and/or caution taped off with pouring to occur the following day.
CLEAN UP AND DEMOBILIZATION
- 12/8/2023 all locations
