A Town Hall Meeting for the Unit Owners will be held on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 7:00 pm in the Chester Room and by video/teleconference.  A copy of the proposed Limited Common Expense Designation Regarding Balconies and Decks is included with this notice for your review.  Owners will have an opportunity to comment or ask questions regarding the proposed policy at the Town Hall Meeting or prior to the Town Hall. Comments may be emailed to the Manager at [email protected]
, mailed to The Queen's Landing Council of Unit Owners, 500 Queen's Landing Drive, Chester, MD 21619 or dropped off in the black drop box located at the clubhouse entrance.  All comments should include your name and unit number.  The link to join the meeting via videoconference and the phone number to join via teleconference is located at the bottom of this notice.  This information is also posted on the Queens Landing calendar and the Tidewater Portal.


The Board will vote to approve the policy at the Board meeting on Monday, February 19, 2024.
