If you have a fob that is not working at the drive through gate, please contact the office via email at [email protected] or call 410-643-5192. I have tested some of the fobs we have available and can switch your ineffective fob out for one that works – or, at least that works for now. There is no guarantee with the ongoing communication issues that the fob will continue to work but it is worth a try. As a reminder, the pedestrian gate is open and available as an additional option to accessing the area.
An update from Breezeline is that the area is “experiencing a noise issue.” I am not sure what that means and the support person on the phone was not very informative, however, they have now stepped the issue up the line. Please know we continue to work on trying to address this issue.
