QUEEN’S LANDING 2025 Pool Access Request

These rules are designed to ensure residents enjoy our most popular amenity – our pool. These rules have been adopted by the Board and incorporate state and local regulations and general health and safety considerations. Some reminders are posted in the pool area, but this is a comprehensive list.

In order to be considered for pool access, all users must agree to each of these pool rules. Additionally, the unit owner must be current with Queen’s Landing account requirements including HOA fees, assessments, inspections, and vehicle decals.

The pool is projected to be open from May 17 to September 14 from 9AM to 10PM for the 2025 season.

There will be no wrist bands this year. Instead, groups of residents and invited guests from one household is limited to six people at any time, on the honor system.

To request pool access for those in your household, please complete and submit the form below. The Association Office will notify you when your unit fobs will be activated for pool access.

I understand and agree that an activated fob is for the use of the approved household only. I will not allow my fob to be used by others, nor will I allow others to enter utilizing my fob.

Agreement to Pool Regulations for Summer 2025

By checking the boxes below I acknowledge that I understand and agree:

All people using the pool and the pool deck do so at their own risk and sole responsibility.
When lifeguards are on duty – 9am to 6pm weekends and holidays – they have full authority for the supervision of the pool and pool area. At all other times, the Association Manager or a QLCUO Board member has that authority
Entry and exit through the gates is a matter of state regulation, please comply with the signage on the gates. Propping doors and entering, or letting others enter, through the exit only door could cause the pool to lose certification.
The pool may be closed temporarily for maintenance or repairs or for any other reason(s) regarding health and safety at the discretion of the lifeguard or Association Manager
During inclement weather (thunder and lightning, for example) swimming is prohibited, and the pool deck must be cleared.
Do not swim alone – no swimming is permitted unless at least one other adult is in the pool or on the pool deck.
Children under 14 are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by a resident or guest adult over the age of 18. Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children at all times.
Incontinent swimmers and swimmers who are not toilet trained must use diapers specifically designed for swimming when in the pool.
Only documented service dogs are permitted on the pool deck or in the clubhouse area. No animals may enter the pool.
Smoking is prohibited in the pool and clubhouse areas.
No glass containers of any type are permitted in the pool area.
Proper swimming attire is required at all times. No cutoff shorts are permitted.
No diving – the pool is not designed for even a shallow dive.
Loungers and floats are prohibited. Pool noodles will be provided by the Association. Children’s pool-friendly toys or rings are permissible.
Running, rough play, and pushing in the pool or pool area is not allowed.
Music should be played using earphones only.

Queen’s Landing Requirements

The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners, tenants, and their invited guests at Queen’s Landing. Pool privileges may either be assigned to tenants living in their unit by the unit owner, or kept for use by the owner – not both.
Qualified residents who have completed and signed the pool rules will have their fob activated and are allowed at the pool in groups no larger than six including invited guests and residents from any one household.
The person signing the pool access request is responsible to ensure that any residents or guests who access the pool from that household understand the rules.
Queen’s Landing Council of Unit Owners is not responsible for personal property in the pool area
Our Association fees pay for the pool operation and equipment: please close patio umbrellas; return furniture to its original location; and place trash, recycling and garbage in the containers provided
All people using any of the community facilities must conduct themselves responsibly at all times. This includes proper care and use of the amenities and equipment, respectful personal behavior, and consideration of all users. Unit owners are encouraged to follow and remind others to follow the rules.
Those who do not comply with these rules may lose pool access. The clubhouse and all clubhouse property are under 24-hour surveillance.
