Subject: Phase 3 Roof Replacement
Good Morning,
Weather permitting Katchmark will begin phase 3 of the roof replacement project beginning Tuesday, June 1, 2021. A staging area will be setup at building 53 overflow parking.
A broadcast message will go out to individual buildings as work begins. Katchmark will place notices on individual doors just prior to work beginning.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please follow the caution tape and observe your surroundings, especially when entering and exiting your building and please keep children and pets away from the work area.
