Subject: Donate a Concrete Bench in Queen’s Landing – RESPOND BY 2/4/22
The idea of benches being placed throughout the community has been discussed by the Board from time to time and during these discussions, owners have offered up that they would like to see a program in which an owner could donate a bench or purchase one in honor of a loved one. The Board has been provided an opportunity by a fellow owner who can provide concrete benches at a cost of $240 and as such they would like to now extend this offer to the community, but we must act now! The Association would cover the cost for placing the benches and the plaques.
Below is a photo of the bench. The bench is 18″ high x 48″ long x 15″ wide.
If you are interested in purchasing a bench for $240 with the Association providing a 2″ x 4″ plaque and placing the bench, please contact the office by Friday, February 4th by replying to this email and providing your name, unit address and telephone number or calling the office at 410-643-5192. If you have to leave a message, please advise you are interested in purchasing a concerete bench and provide you name, unit address and telephone number.
