On Site Office Closed Today

The Tidewater on site office is closed today.  If you need to submit a maintenance request or an architectural change request application, please do so through by logging into your Tidewater portal account at www.tidewaterproperty.com.  If you need to drop something off at the office, please use the drop box located at the clubhouse main entrance.  If you have an accounting issue or a maintenance emergency, please contact the main office at 443-548-0191.

 

The manager will be checking email and phone messages throughout the day to help address urgent issues.  All other requests will be addressed as quickly as possible throughout the rest of the week.
