Hello Queen’s Landing – The QLCUO Board is considering accelerating the timeframe to restore the Lake Amleto bridge, since the pool deck restoration project, also being funded from reserves, has had to be delayed. As you may know, the bridge is an original feature of the community, dating back to the 1980s as pictured in this promotional brochure.
The Lake Amleto bridge is the primary view for one third of our buildings but it has fallen into disrepair and is an eyesore. The cost of restoration of the bridge is included in the Reserve Study completed earlier this year.
Before committing to proceeding, the Board would like your input.
