Slip Sale/Lease Classified Ad

As a courtesy to slip owners who want to sell or lease their slips, classified advertising is available on this website. In order to be eligible to list on this site, the owner must be current with all dues and assessments.

Slips may be sold only to owners of residential units of Queen’s Landing. Slips may be leased to tenants of residential units of Queen’s Landing.

The form below will ask slip number, length, lift/no lift, and either sale price, monthly lease price, or both. It will ask your name and email but note that these are not published to the website. There are two more fields where you can put your preferred contact info and other details.

Once you have submitted the form below you will receive an automated email with all the details you submitted, summarized, and then the ad will be live within three business days.
