Congratulations to the Board of Directors of Queen’s Landing Condominium, the condominium has been approved/re-certified by the Federal Housing Administration for FHA insured loans. The Condo ID Number is P004534 and the expiration date is 3/26/23.
You can go to this bookmark, https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm, type in the condo ID number in the Condo ID block, select Send and view the new expiration date. This site is operational Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST.
It is taking about a week for the new expiration date to post in some cases, but you can click on the condominium name and you will be able to see the date it was approved/recertified.
