Meet the Candidates

All are invited to Meet the Candidates running for the 2020 Queen’s Landing Council of Unit Owners Board of Directors. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, this year the meeting will be held a bit differently as we will conduct this event via video/teleconference. As we get closer to the date more details will be provided as to how this will work but it is our goal to have video conference in which all candidates will be visible to owners versus simply hearing the candidates speak.
If you have questions for the candidates please email them to the committee at [email protected]. Or you may drop your questions off at the clubhouse utilizing the black mailbox located at the main entry. All questions must be received by September 23 to be accepted – no exceptions.
Once the questions have been received the Election Committee will review the questions to weed out any duplicates. Any questions deemed appropriate will be accepted and asked of the candidates by the moderator. Those questions which are personal in nature, derogatory and deemed not appropriate will be discarded.
The candidates will be asked to give a brief introduction and asked some general questions relating to running for the board. Once this is complete, questions submitted by the community will be asked as time allows.
Thank you for your understanding in these trying times as we work through the best way to provide you access to the candidates. As alwyas we strongly encourage all unit owners to attend via teleconference/video to meet all the potential candidates.
As a reminder voting starts September 24th but you may want to hold off until after joining the October Meet the Candidates night before you cast your vote as once you vote it’s final.
