Subject: SAVE THE DATE! Clubhouse Renovation Unveiling May 14!
We’ve addressed all safety concerns that started this journey into renovating the clubhouse and we’re happy to announce the clubhouse is scheduled to reopen on May 14. From a light and bright interior to view opening exterior changes and so much more in between it is time to celebrate all of the improvements.
Residents will now have easy access to the Administrative Specialist for your day to day community needs, a small conference room located just off the lobby that can be used for manager/resident meetings, a functional gym with equipment placement for maximum views, renovated bathrooms, better climate control throughout the clubhouse, a more functional Chester Room that will allow for better layouts for social events and private events as well as a true year round social room that will also be available for private events during off pool season. Speaking of the Social Room, it is truly a spot you will want to spend time with friends playing games, having cocktails or just enjoying the views and as such it deserves a name. So… we are having a contest!
If you would like to suggest a name, please click on this link “Name the Social Room” and submit your suggestion no later than April 29. The top three suggestions will then go out for community vote with the winning name announced at the May 14 celebration.
May 14 celebration will be from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm with light refreshments and assisted tours. A back up date for this unveiling will be May 21.
