Subject: Pool Passes Denied – CHECK YOUR PORTAL FILE FOR VEHICLE INFO
Please check your Tidewater Portal Account for the information the Association has regarding your Vehicles before submitting your pool pass application.  If you submit your pool pass application with decal information that does not match what we have on file or we have no record of your vehicle information, your pool pass application will be denied. To view the information we have regarding your vehicles, log on to your portal account, click on “My Account” and go to ”Manage Account” then select “Additional Information”.  From there scroll down to “Vehicle Information”. If after looking at your account you note an issue please do one of the following:
  • If you note that you have a decal but that we do not have the correct information, please click this link “Correct Vehicle Information” and provide me the correct information the decal number and year/make/model/color/license plate info for vehicle this decal is on.
  • If you need decals, please send click this link “Register My Vehicle” and provide the needed information (Year/Make/Model/Color/License Plate Info to include State Issued).  I will schedule times to be onsite for residents to pick up decals.
  • If you already registered your vehicle but still need to collect your decals, please click this link “Need to Pick Up My Decals” as there are a stack of decals set aside for units that have never been picked up.  Your’s may be one of them.
