Gutter Cleaning Inspection Wednesday, May 4 – WAS YOUR GUTTER MISSED?

Hello QL,

 

Queen’s Landing is a big community with 44 condo buildings of varying styles.  The contractor that did the gutter cleaning on Friday had several crews out but as they are a new contractor for the community and new to the layout and buildings it appears some areas were missed.  The company was quick to respond to my concerns and will be out tomorrow to review the buildings.  Some units easily look over the gutters from the inside, so if you are in one of those units please take a moment and check them and if you note that your gutters seemed like they were missed (leaves/debris in gutter) please click the link My Gutter Was Missed so that we make sure your area is addressed. Do not attempt to look at gutters any other way than safely from inside your unit or deck/balcony.
