Hello Queen’s Landing and welcome to your March 2023 Board Meeting recap.
There was a reminder from Bob in his President’s Report that the community has a Town Hall Friday night at 7pm at the clubhouse (or remote if you prefer, see https://queenslanding.org/calendar/) for the 2023 Rules and Regulations proposed update.
In New Business, there was one passed motion related to the Special Assessment clarifying when the unit sells payment in full of the remaining balance is required at closing.
The Board discussed staging of spring mulch in the parking lot and also announced that a classifieds section is coming to the Queen’s Landing website to allow slip owners the opportunity to advertise their slips for lease or sale.
