In accordance with Article 3, Section 3.1(e) of the Bylaws, please be advised that there is pending litigation (Rosanna Bailey v. Queen’s Landing Council of Unit Owners, Inc., Circ. Ct. for Queen Anne’s Cnty., No. C-17-CV-20-000092) against the Council in excess of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the annual budget.
