Subject: PLEASE READ TO AVOID LOSS OF CLUBHOUSE AND/OR POOL PRIVELEGES

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE TO AVOID LOSS OF YOUR CLUBHOUSE AND POOL PRIVELEGES:

  1. You must bring your fob to enter the clubhouse and if you have a pool pass, the pool area.
  2. All residents and their guests must wear their pool pass bracelets while in the pool area.  Anyone not wearing a pool pass bracelet will have to leave the pool area.
  3. No “tailgating” through doors and gates is allowed.  If people behind you are not part of your unit’s residents or your guests, you must make sure the door or gate has closed so that those behind you are fobbing in using their own fobs.  Once they have fobbed in if you want to assist someone with their arms full by holding the gate or door for them you may do so, but they must fob in first.  If their fob does not work, do not let them in.  There are reasons their fob may not be working which they should address with the management office during office hours.
  4. The gate on the river side of the building is an EXIT GATE ONLY AS MANDATED BY THE COUNTY and is clearly marked as exit only.
  5. No propping of any gates or doors is allowed.
  6. Shirts, bathing suit cover ups and shoes are required for all areas of the clubhouse with the exception of coming in from the pool to use the bathrooms.
  7. Umbrellas must be closed when not in use or during windy conditions.  Large canopy umbrella has directions posted on the fence next to it on how to properly operate this umbrella.
  8. Clean up area before leaving pool deck.  Throw away trash and wipe tables off if you have had food or drinks. Cleaning supplies are provided.
  9. No pets are allowed on the clubhouse property.

As a reminder the clubhouse and all clubhouse property are under 24 hour surveillance with all activities monitored and recorded. Clubhouse and pool privileges will be revoked for the remainder of the pool season for all residents of that unit propping any gate or door open, allowing entry by others with no fob or an inactive fob, or any other violation that may result in property damage or creates a safety hazard.
