Subject: Registering Your Vehicle(s) – It is a Community Rule
Good Afternoon QL Residents,

Please remember to register your vehicles with the management office as it is a requirement per your community’s rules & regulations. Below is some information to help you:
  • Vehicles not registered with the Association.  If you have not registered your vehicle with the Association, please do so now.  You may email the information to include year, make, model, color and license plate information (State Issued and Number) by clicking this link office@queenslanding.  Please make sure to include your unit number as well.  You will be notified when your static cling decal(s) is ready for pick up, or you can simply stop by the office and provide us the information and grab your decal right then.  Best time to drop by is Monday – Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm or Fridays from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Vehicles registered but not displaying decal on front windshield.  Thank you for registering your vehicle, however, you do need to display the decal in the front windshield to be fully compliant with your community’s rules. The static cling decals can sometimes be challenging to make stick and if that is the case you can try adding a little dish soap to a spray bottle of cool water, replace the lid and shake the solution. Spray the windshield where you want the cling to stick, then carefully slide the cling into place, smoothing the cling out to remove all air bubbles trapped behind it.  If you prefer, spray the back of the cling instead of spraying the windshield. If that still doesn’t work please contact the office to get a replacement decal.  Another option is to place the static cling in a lanyard badge holder, such as the one shown below, and hang it from your review mirror.  This is a nice option for those residents who do not like to have the decal on their windshield. If choosing this option, I have found it best to peel the static cling decal from the backing, turning it around so that the number is readable and then slipping it in the badge holder with the white backing paper behind it so that the decal number is easy to read.

Registering your vehicle(s) and properly displaying the decal will keep you from having a violation sticker or tow sticker put on your vehicle.

Thank you,

 Tammy Eaton
