Subject: Softwashing for Bldgs 10, 11, 12, 15, 32, 33 and 34 – RESIDENT ACTION REQUIRED
If you are receiving this email you have a unit in one of the listed buildings. Softwashing of your building is currently scheduled to be completed by Blue Heron Property Services as per the schedule below starting at 8 am (weather dependent).
 

Tuesday 11/7- Buildings 10, 11, 12, possibly 15 (will roll over to 11/8 if necessary)

Wednesday 11/8 – Buildings 32, 34, 33 (building 15 if necessary)

 

Action required by residents Prior to the Date Work is Completed:
  • Remove all items stored on patios and entries
Action required by residents no later than 7:00 am on the day work is to be completed:
  • Make sure that all windows are closed and locked
  • Make sure all exterior lights are off
  • Move all vehicles from the parking areas located in front of each of these buildings
Neither Blue Heron nor the Association will be responsible for damage to any items left outside or for any interior damage due to windows left open or unlocked so please make sure to follow the instructions provided in this broadcast message.
