Hello Queen's Landing,
The Board met twice in February –
- hosting a Town Hall on February 12th to solicit community comments on the motion to define Limited Common Expense, and
- the Regular Board meeting on February 19th.
A detailed review of the Town Hall meeting was sent to the community on February 16th.
At the Regular Board Meeting
The President thanked Chris Buell for his tireless service as a Board member and Chair of the Maintenance Committee, and welcomed Michelle Hammer as chair of the Communications Committee. She reported the Tidewater software transition progress is encouraging.
Social events have been popular with more to come. The Maintenance Committee is evaluating the integrity of the pool deck and planning next steps for inspection of balconies/decks.
The Board passed several motions:
- Defining Limited Common Expense,
- Approving the distribution of a request for proposals for a Property Management partner,
- Embarking on an upgrade of community signage.
The next meeting of the Board is March 18, 2024.
