NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Please be advised the Board of Directors
will hold a Special Meeting on
Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 6:00 pm
in the Chester Room of the Clubhouse and via video and teleconference
to elect a Board member to a vacant position.
Below is a brief bio on the candidate, Russ Bowman:
Russ Bowman grew up in Connecticut, and earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Temple University in 1984. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Delaware in 1993. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He says he has spent his career as a negotiator. As a subrogation attorney he negotiates which insurance company pays for what, in a dispute. He has a sense of humor, and has published a short book on what his two German Shepherds have taught him about love. He and his wife, Samantha, are boaters which is what drew them to Queen’s Landing. They live in Chadd’s Ford, PA, and Queen’s Landing is their second home.
