Condominium Rules and Regulations will be available beginning at the Q&A period.
TERMS OF SALE: A deposit of $2000.00 in Cash, Cashier's Check, or Wire Transfer will be
required on the purchaser at the time and place of Auction. Balance of the purchase price
shall be due and payable within 30 days of the Auction date along with 6% interest on the
unpaid balance. The slips will be sold at the discretion of the owners at the end of all bidding.
Seller is paying the full 2024 Special Assessment for these slips as part of the sale.
